Saline worship

With all the seas 

and and some of the oceans 

all filled with salt 

I often wonder sometimes,

is the earth weeping

while we bathe in it's tears?

Baptizing ourselves in

its silent cries

or

we're drawn to beaches

because it is an unspoken time

to purge 

and release,

for the both of us.
