unfurl

it is ugly

and it hurts

when things change

and don´t go as planned

does anything ever go as planned?

but 

even so

that real pain

is in the uncertainty

and isn´t that life?

no one really knows

what is happening

and no one can answer the big questions

where do we come from?

Are we alone in the universe?

Is there a God?

What happens when we die?

And so we float

in the darkness

waiting for a light

that has never come
