I used to grind my teeth

in my sleep

it's like

my mouth wanted to chew things out

while my mind was resting

I would wake up 

with my jaw throbbing

and my thoughts tasting bitter

with fucked up memories 

of me and him

and how he came in and out

like a dream that's hard to remember
