Moving

When my body

is still

forever

in this form,

I will have moved

into another

forming new ways of being

and continuing 

in this endless loop

spiraling down

spiraling up

like the dna

molecules

atoms

particles

forming

and reforming

into life.

100 years from now

these same words will be written

by my great, great grand daughter

who will be an extension 

of my existence

she is me

we are each other

and so I live on...

and so do you.
