Scream

You know when you're some place 

and you think you are really there

permanently?

but then you get ejected out

like a catapult?

and you launch away so far

that you dissolve into nothingness? 

you deflate

you defeat

but I didn't

I couldn't.

Instead,

I erupted

in a scream.

This howl was from my gut 

 and deep from within in.

I wasn't screaming at anyone or anything...

I became a scream.

Pure resounding rage

releasing pain,

indescribable.
