Alien
My mom showed me her green card, "I da wahn Alien, illegal Alien 'til' I get dis." The card had a face and for some reason I can't remember if it was hers or roman looking soldier?
Odd how the memory can turn things and the mind tricks you into thinking that's what you saw.
"I see aliens aready," my mom proclaimed. She openly spoke to anyone who would listen to her story of how an egg shaped vessel emerged from the sea, peppered with flashing lights it hovered before launching into the stars. She said, she was there with a friend but they had gone to do something and somehow hadn't saw or heard anything.
Anything different or foreign, can be alien and when my mom started losing her memory it was like I was living with a being from another planet.
