Unclear

Time travel was real,

she'd already done it.

She'd gone back to those memories

and sat in them

spoke with the old monsters and nightmarish creatures

and came out unscathed.

She'd gone to her future self

and was told not to worry-

she was embraced; and held,
for an eternity or a few breaths?

she couldn't tell.

She'd lay suspended in her mind

watching the sky darken

and wondered how was it

she could experience time 

so fast

and yet so slow?
