How many more?

What can I say...
...there's a pandemic and across the world people fear for their lives. But what's even more daunting, Black men are being murdered...videos of the attacks and deaths are going viral and the outpouring of outrage from all races cannot be missed.

But for the perpetrators to lose a job or go to prison isn't enough to solve the underlying bigger issue that the roots of racism run so deep in American history that to undo it in a day is impossible.

This undoing will take time and effort and a deep self-awareness from the very people who perpetuate it.
Endless therapies, discussions, classes, seminars, lectures, and public policies put in place to make sure that racism is eradicated and it will take another 400 years. But also, a checks and balancing system so that this doesn't spin in the opposite direction.
I am in NO WAY saying that I agree what has perpetually happened and continues to happen to Black people...what I am saying is I am not supporting the notion that one hierarchy is replaced by another. We're all victims of history, but some are benefiting while other suffer. And flipping it around won't solve anything either.
Justice is justice,
but indicted another based on the color of their skin is doing the EXACT same thing that is happening to Black people.

Everything starts with the self, so to the Caucasian people who benefit from the privilege and racism that runs rampant look at yourself...look at your own heart...who are you when you put this disgusting way of being down...who are when racism is out of the picture? Are you kind? Compassionate? Peaceful? Loving? When you put down your race and just being human, who are you? Do you like who you are? Or do you only like who you are when another is being beat down, shot, and killed?

The race war is raging inside of people who are drowning in their own guilt, shame and self-hatred.
