Gentle

I used to think being gentle with oneself or others was weak or wimpy, but now I understand that sometimes the most subtle things can be very profound and powerful.
Gently breathing can calm your entire being and even heal you. A gentle touch can reassure, while a gentle tone can pacify an argument and even a gentle presence can bring you to tears.
I'd like to share a gentle yoga practice with you, so that you may take a moment to remember not only your fragility, but surrender to it.
