Decluttering
1. Write a list of all the people who caused you pain.

2. Write a list of all the people that you hurt.

Include yourself
3. Now compare and contrast both lists:
Who hurt you the most? Reflect and ask yourself why.
Who did you hurt the most? Ask yourself why.
4. Write a letter to the person and tell them sorry, and mean it.
Write a letter and forgive the one who hurt you.
Write a letter to yourself.
Cry. Scream. Get angry and cry some more.
Did it change what happened? Did it fix the past?
NO.
But write it all out and get it outside of your body...see the words...see the pain that you absorbed and projected...and then...see the endless cycle that you have participated in....forgive...become aware...forgive....and like a piece of paper in the wind, free yourself and...
let it go.
