Boost



I was making a video and posting it-to help others ease any stress or anxiety during this-covid 19-quarantine-self-isolation-this-may-get-extended-for-months-and-people-are-freaking-out. People have been reflecting and publicly questioning our treatment of mother earth and how we've been existing as a species on a whole and if this is somehow, some form of punishment?...Karma?...and here comes my nephew, a giant blur, walking in front of the camera!

As I giggled, I asked him to come join me.

"Say namaste!"

"Ah...maste." My nephew answered.

We were practicing "fire breath" to boost our immune systems. It's a yogic breath technique to help clear nasal passages, increase lung capacity, oxygenate the blood cells and energize the mind and body. As we wrapped up and began the second video, I said "Say hi Ayden."
"Hi Ayden." He responded, it was too cute.

We practiced in union, not just our movement, but smiles and laughter too.
