What do drums, dance, and drawing all have in common?
Well besides starting with the letter D, (that's the first thing I noticed!) these different art forms created an enchanting experience in the western hills of Belize.
On Friday, February 7th Yaoling Lee's third show of its kind Art in Motion debuted at the House of Culture in Benque Viejo Del Carmen.
It was an intimate setting for both artists and invited guests; a cozy courtyard, under the glow of a moonlit sky.
The audience looked on, as the stellar rhythms of Musa Shaeed's jembe drum accompanied my shape-shifting dance movements.
Lee's charcoled covered fingers moved as though she were a conductor, orchestrating the visual symphony...
